5 Rights FC: Local. Sustainable. Soccer.

The 5 Rights Football Club enables college soccer players, coaches and supporters to address water, food, health, housing and education needs in communities throughout the USA.

5 Rights FC is a project of 5 Rights Inc, an American 501(c)(3), which builds local and sustainable communities with 5 human rights.

On International Human Rights Day 2006 (12.10.06), 5 Rights Inc was found in response to Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.’s 1967 call, “to move from an era of civil (and political) rights, to an era of (all 5) human rights.”

Since 2009, The 5 Rights Football Club has built relationships with soccer players, coaches and supporters at approximately 100 colleges and universities across the USA.

Each year, students may intern with 5 Rights FC from anywhere, at anytime, throughout all four seasons of the year.

In association with our summer residency program, 5RFC will enter teams in the United Soccer Leagues’ Under-21 Divisions.
